• Develop and implement engineering strategies to ensure operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul activities to ensure timely and cost-effective serviceability.
• Ensure adherence to Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), IATA, and international safety regulations.
• Lead and manage engineering teams, including maintenance, quality assurance, and technical services personnel.

• Master’s degree (minimum 18 years of education) in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 15 years of relevant experience in aviation engineering.
• Extensive knowledge of aircraft maintenance procedures, safety regulations, and quality assurance.
• Strong familiarity with CAA, EASA, FAA, and IATA regulatory frameworks.

Keeping record of procurement, bills, payments, pending orders & delivery of items.

Co-ordinate with Purchase department staff at different stations.

Lead minor procurement projects.

Managing inventory of supplies of various nature.

Proficient at MS Excel & MS PowerPoint.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or other related fields (minimum 16 years of education).

1-2 years of relevant job experience – preferably in an airline.
